Where we ship

This store ships to Singapore only. Every aura is printed and packed in Malaysia and sent by tracked international courier. For delivery within Malaysia, order from slabaura.com.

Shipping cost

SGD 10 flat per order. Free shipping on 2 or more items. The shipping line is shown in your cart before checkout, in SGD, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated 2-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier or customs handling.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@slabaura.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Slab Aura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
